Delivery:
Where do you deliver to?

  • We deliver islandwide in Singapore. Except Sentosa & Jurong Island.

What are the delivery charges?

  • Enjoy free delivery for purchases $60.00 and above. There will be an $8.00 delivery charge for order amount below $60.00

What if no one is around to accept the order?

  • As we are dealing with perishables, we highly encourage customers to be around to collect the order. 
  • In view of Covid-19, you may request for contactless delivery. However, do store your products within 10-15 mins from delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

  • Cancellations have to be made at least 24 hours before the delivery date.

Products & Storage

Are your products chilled (fresh) or frozen?

  • Please refer to the product description. The products usually come frozen unless stated otherwise.

How long can I store my products?

  • All products can be kept in the household freezer for up to 3 months
  • Once thawed, consume within 2 days

How should I defrost my products? 

  • Check whether products can be cooked frozen or they need to be defrosted first.
  • For products that need to be defrosted, best method is to thaw them overnight in the chiller
  • If press for time, soak them in a bowl of water with their packaging

How do I know that my order will arrive cold and in good quality?

  • Your orders are packed and delivered according to SFA standards of cold chain processes.
  • Products are packed in thermal folios/ bag, sealed and delivered to you via our in house drivers and chiller trucks. 
  • With systems and traceability, we ensure our products reach you in its best condition.
